Course Introduction: This course aims to help students understand and to train them as international managers with an international view where they will also learn the agile concepts and be capable of which capability. Mainly to provide students with a holistic and integrated understanding of running an international cross-cultural business entity. This course proceeds with lectures and case studies and will require students to present and group discussion. Nonetheless, internet materials will be also read to engage for a better and broader view, to play an active role in engaging question discussion and sharing discussion and thoughts throughout the whole class.
