課程簡介（以100至200字為原則）：

本課程以帶領討論、實作體驗與分享經驗的上課方式，增進及訓練學生對於自己的生涯有合理的規劃為目標，經過對自我的探索與對工作職場的瞭解，探索自我的價值觀與個人風格，瞭解職業現況與人力需求，進而推展至影響生涯的社會環境有一充分的體認後，再依據自身的能力、興趣、價值與限制，規劃與掌握自己的生涯，並作為生涯準備與行動的依據。
 

Course Title：	Career Planning and Development

Brief Introduction of Course Contents：

This course aims to improve students’ abilities and to teach students skills to set up reasonable goals in their career planning through discussions, practice experiences, and sharing in class. Through self-exploration and awareness of job markets, students explore their own values and styles, understand the current job markets and demands of manpower, and further become fully aware of the social environment that affects their careers. After understanding of self and the environment, students will be able to plan and control for their career based on their own abilities, interests, values, and limitations. And the career planning will be their preparation for career and the stands for action.
