課程簡介（以100至200字為原則）：

1.本課程主要以講授方式與個案討論為主，希望能讓同學們理解策略管理之相關理論，說明策略管理在企業扮演的角色，解釋策略管理如何全球化，以及對環境的持續性影響。 2.本課程將系統化介紹策略管理分析方法與執行步驟，建構同學們對於策略管理的整體觀。 3.藉由課堂討論提升同學們課堂參與度，並讓學生瞭解策略管理相關理論如何於實務上應用，實際運用本課程所學習之分析方法來進行實際分析，培養同學們問題解決能力。 4.藉由上台報告來訓練同學們口語表達與簡報製作能力，培養同學們口語表達能力。

Brief Introduction of Course Contents：

1.This course is mainly based on teaching and case discussion, hoping to let the students understand the theory of strategy management, explain the role of strategy management in the enterprise, explain how the strategy management globalization, and the sustainability of the environment. 2.This course will systematically introduce the strategy management analysis method and implementation steps, and construct the students' overall view of strategy management. 3.Through the classroom discussion to enhance the class participation of students, and let students understand how to apply the theory of policy management in practice, the actual use of this course to learn the analytical methods to carry out practical analysis, training students problem-solving ability. 4.Through the report to train students to speak and presentation production capacity, training students to express their ability to speak.
