課程名稱：	通識(社)法律與生活

課程簡介（以100至200字為原則）：

本課程按邏輯順序編排進行，目的是讓參與學習者對於法(law)的構成領域有一個概括、並及於一般性的認識。
1‧「法」本身是一個大概念(grand concept)，其內容為何？不先予以規定，那麼整個內容將無法獲得確定性。因此從法的概念下手並論及其所當具有的理念。
2‧法的分類：上帝法；自然法；人為法。
2‧1 上帝法與倫理道德有密切關係，因此將涉及到不同民族與習俗之間同異之所以產生的問題。
2‧2 自然法權的問題將參照兩位大思想家的著作：霍布斯的《利維坦》與盧梭的《社會契約論》予以進行。
3‧ 最後進入到人類社會與「法」有關的領域，分別予以檢視探討。

Brief Introduction of Course Contents：

This course will be proceeded with logical sequence. hoping the participants could have a popular and general knowledge of the constitutive area of ‘law’.
     1.	We should define the concept of ‘law’. The ‘law’ itself is a grand concept, if we do not at first clarified its concrete concept and then ascertained its ideal, then we’ll not make sure of what its real contents. 
     2.	Classification of ‘law’: divine law, natural law and artificial law.
       2.1 Divine law has closed relationships with ethic and morality, so, we must deal with the problems of different tribes and its customs, which made their ‘law’ prevails.
       2.2 Concerning the problems of natural law and natural right, we’ll reference the oeuvres of two great thinkers: Thomas Hobbes’ “Leviathan” and Jean-Jacques Rousseau ‘s “Du Contrat Social”. 
     3. Lastly, we’ll delve into the human society and its relationships with the ‘law’, examine its separated categories.
