課程簡介（以100至200字為原則）：

在2022年因國際情勢轉變，台灣在全球供應鏈的角色產生巨大轉變，雖在2018年迎來台商回流，將仰賴大陸生產為主的產業及市場供需角色達到良性提升，進而在2020年受到新冠疫情影響更加促使台灣半導體業重要性，2022年2月俄烏戰爭爆發引發能源、糧食、通膨等全球性危機，2022年8月美國的晶片禁令。 台灣須思考如何建構完整而有效率的物流後勤支援體系，提高物流中心品質與效率，在國際供應鏈營運作業中，冷鏈物流中心更是扮演重要角色，實則已成為未來企業的重要策略議題。
 

Course Title：	Practical Management for Operations and Cold Chain

Brief Introduction of Course Contents：

In 2022, due to changes in the international situation, Taiwan's role in the global supply chain will undergo a huge change. Although Taiwanese businessmen will return to Taiwan in 2018, they will rely on the mainland's production-based industries and market supply and demand roles to achieve a benign improvement, and then in 2020. The impact of the COVID-19 epidemic has further promoted the importance of Taiwan's semiconductor industry. In February 2022, the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian War triggered global crises such as energy, food, and inflation. In August 2022, the United States banned chips. Taiwan needs to think about how to build a complete and efficient logistics support system and improve the quality and efficiency of the logistics center. In the operation of the international supply chain, the cold chain logistics center plays an important role. In fact, it has become an important strategic issue for future enterprises.
