課程簡介（以100至200字為原則）：

近年台灣在全球供應鏈的角色轉換，首先在2018年迎來台商回流，對以往大陸生產為主的產業及市場供需角色產生快速變化，進而在2020年受到新冠疫情影響更加促使產生極大改變，2022年2月俄烏戰爭爆發引發能源、糧食、通膨等全球性危機，台灣如何建構完整而有效率的物流後勤支援體系，提高物流中心品質與效率，在國際供應鏈營運作業中，冷鏈物流中心更是扮演重要角色，實則已成為未來企業的重要策略議題。 隨著後疫情時代的生活型態改變，商業型態亦產生重大變化，冷鏈物流供應模式已演變成多樣化，需要結合新科技導入商業行為進入新的供需時代，其目的就是為能夠維持商品品質，並且以多樣、快速、及時的供應效益，進而提供更多、更好、多元的客製化服務，來滿足企業和消費者。

In 2020, the impact of the new crown epidemic will further prompt great changes. The outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war in February 2022 triggered global crises such as energy, food, and inflation. How can Taiwan build a complete and efficient logistics logistics support system to improve the quality and efficiency of logistics centers? In international supply chain operations, cold chain The logistics center plays an important role, and in fact has become an important strategic issue for future enterprises. With the change of lifestyle in the post-epidemic era, the business model has also undergone major changes. The supply model of cold chain logistics has evolved into a variety. It is necessary to combine new technologies to introduce business behaviors into a new era of supply and demand. The purpose is to maintain the commodity quality, and provide more, better, and diverse customized services with diverse, fast, and timely supply benefits to satisfy businesses and consumers.
