世界經濟環環相扣,也影響到我國體質較差的經濟體,其債務問題不緊影響歐元區,也影響世界各國,然後美國的量化 寬鬆政策,印鈔救國不成,反而讓鈔票到處流竄炒作,造成世界性的通膨,不僅各國頭痛,許多投資者也跟者心痛,學習 財報分析學以致用,分析企業財報,然後獲利,理論與實務絕對有所差距,兩者相輔相成,才能成為理財致富的幫手, 由於我國將全面採用國際會計準則,基於比較報表之因,故2012全面到位.

We feel that the fundamental purpose of accounting is to provide information for decision making and while not neglecting topics important for accounting majors， our mission is for all students to become intelligent users of financial statements and to understand that financial information，when interpreted and analyzed，will be useful to them in making critical business decisions throughout their careers. Intermediate Accounting for students with no previous training in accounting or business. This textbook is intended for use at both the undergraduate and graduate level. It has proven successful in a traditional one-quarter or one-semester course and has been used equally well in a two-quarter course in accounting
