課程簡介（以100至200字為原則）：

企業藉由策略管理程序（Strategic Management Process）瞭解市場中的競爭力量，建構自身的獨特競爭優勢。企業若想要獲得策略競爭力與相當的報酬，就必須利用策略管理的程序，確認企業想要實現的策略性目標與實現目標的策略性行動。本課程的目標旨在使學生瞭解企業經營策略的擬定、執行與評估的程序與方法。透過本課程，學生能熟悉企業的願景（vision）、使命（mission）、目標（objective）、策略（strategy）、政策（policy）、績效評估（performance evaluation）及回饋（feedback）等階段的實施方法。
