課程簡介（以100至200字為原則）：

台灣的企業過去多半都是以產品為導向的思維，因此投資在公司內部之資訊系統時，往往僅偏重在企業資源規劃(ERP)系統上。然而近年來慢慢有許多企業開始瞭解到以顧客為導向之思維的重要性，因此行銷資訊系統在企業重要程度與日遽增。而行銷資訊系統的根本即為顧客關係管理，因此本課程將從理論及實務面著手，與同學們介紹顧客關係管理之意涵與目前在實務界上之應用現況，期能協助同學們有系統地了解CRM理論基礎及實務應用，未來能協助企業發展更高績效的顧客關係。
 

Course Title：	Marketing Information Systems

Brief Introduction of Course Contents：

Most Taiwan enterprises emphasizes on Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system when investing in an internal information technology system because they are often product-oriented, however, not until recently these enterprises find the demand of customer-oriented thinking are critical, thus the importance of marketing information system, which is developed on a customer relation management(CRM)basis, gradually increases. Therefore, this course will be introducing the meaning of customer relation management(CRM) theoretically and in the meanwhile illustrates the current application practically. Hoping to help students better understand the basics theories and practical applications of CRM systematically and in assistance of the development of customer relationship within enterprises in the future.
