課程簡介（以100至200字為原則）：

教學目標 本課程旨在介紹企業進行國際化策略以及多國籍企業營運與其功能性（價值鏈活動）之議題。期使學習者瞭解當代企業國際化營運的重要性與其內涵，並建立整體的概念。同時，藉由精選案例之探討，提供學習者了解企業進行國際化與國際營運管理相關的實務作法。如此，將使學習者得將國企理論與概念運用於實際案例，培養分析能力。 授課方式 採課堂講授與章末個案研討方式進行。每一章均先由老師以投影片方式講解內容，然後再由同學針對該章個案進行討論，並於課後進行實作報告。
