隨著旅遊品質的提升,領隊與導遊專業人才的需求也相對提高。領隊與導遊在現代之旅行業具有相當的重要性,他們不但代表公司執行任務,更是發展觀光事業中之尖兵與磁石,不僅要及時且適度提供優質的服務給予旅客,更是團體中不可或缺的靈魂人物,帶團在外除了要介紹各地旅遊資訊及風俗民情,發生緊急事件時更需臨危不亂,做出最佳判斷。本課程旨在讓修課學生了解領隊與導遊的工作性質與內容,將理論與實務經驗相互結合,進而輔導有志從事領隊、導遊工作的學生考取相關證照。 課程目標 1.了解旅行業中領隊與導遊所扮演的角色與基本條件。 2.嫻熟導遊與領隊人員帶團實務的基本概念與工作內容。 3.了解領隊與導遊人員應具備之服務態度與職業道德。 4.運用理論與應變能力解決旅遊糾紛與抱怨。 5.熟悉導遊與領隊相關專業辭彙及觀光術語。 6.輔導有志從事領隊、導遊工作的學生考取相關證照。

Along with the traveling quality's promotion, tour leader and the tour guide professional's demand also relatively enhances. Tour leader and the tour guide have the suitable importance travel industry in the modern, not only they carry out the task on behalf of the company, is develops in the sightseeing enterprise the point soldier and the magnet, not only wants prompt and provides the high quality service to give the passenger moderately, is in the association the indispensable inspirational figure, brings the group in besides to introduce the regional traveling information and the custom public sentiment, has when the emergencies must not be on the point of death chaotic, makes the best judgment. This curriculum is for the purpose of letting repair the class student to understand that tour leader and tour guide's job category and the content, unify mutually the theory and the practice experience, and get the license to be the tour leader and tour guide. curriculum goal: 1. understanding travel industry tour leader and the tour guide act role and basic condition. 2. the adept tour guide and tour leader the personnel have the group practice basic concept and the work content. 3. understood that group leader and the tour guide should have the service attitude and the occupational ethics. 4. using theory and strain capacity solution traveling dispute and complaint. 5. the familiar tour guide and tour leader are related the specialized vocabulary and the sightseeing terminology. 6. to help students get the license to be the tour leader and tour guide.
